Electreon is coming to German road

Electreon is an Israeli company that builds dynamic wireless charging roads. The company is already in progress of taking over Detroit – America’s heart of automotive. Meanwhile, it is also preparing to enter the automotive center of Europe: Germany.

The first two projects will be in Balingen, Germany, which is about 70 km from Stuttgart. With the first project, a 400 meter road will be installed. Then, two inductive stationary wireless charging stations will be installed. These stationary charging stations will be the base to further develop a 1 km-long wireless charging road.

By taking over the automotive capitals or North America and Europe, Electreon would gain great visibility to show off the product. Such a product would be perfect for commercial vehicles. With active pilots so close to the automotive industry, Electreon could really prove itself.
