The Fisker Ocean is a truly sustainable car as we have shared this with you in a previous article (https://www.auto-trendy.com/post/fisker-ocean-taking-sustainability-to-the-next-level).
To remind you once again, the most attractive feature of the battery-powered electric model is the solar roof. It "captures" the sun's rays and transforms them into energy that powers the electric motor. According to the manufacturer, the car will travel over 3,000 kilometers per year purely on solar energy.
In Graz, the Magna plant will initially produce only two Fisker Ocean units per day. The dimensions of the model are typical for the class of compact SUVs - length 4.78 m, width 1.99 m, and height - 1.63 m. Behind the futuristic design, Henrik Fisker presents "the most modern electric propulsion system." With it comes the ambition of having the Ocean be the most sustainable car on the market in its respective class.
The base version will only have front-wheel drive and 279 horsepower. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 7 seconds. Additionally, the mileage on a single charge will be about 400 km. There is also a more powerful 4x4 modification with two electric motors and 548 hp. Deliveries of the model will begin in November 2022, but customers can already place their orders.
