Back in June, with the J100 concept (https://www.carscoops.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/2022-Ssanyong-J100-Carscoops-1-1024x555.jpg ), SsangYong hinted that it was preparing a mid-size electric SUV – to be launched in 2022. Now the Koreans have released a sketch of the X200 – another electric model. At the moment, we can only get an idea of it from the drawing – but even that is enough to note that the round headlights "quote" the characteristic style of the old Korando. From the same model, the studio inherits the flexible roof, which provides a feeling like driving a convertible. It is not yet clear when the X200 will be released.
The sharp-looking SUV seems like it will be entering into competition with the new Ford Bronco, Jeep Wrangler and Suzuki Jimny. However, there are not many details revealed about the vehicle and we can only make guesses about the market position it will overtake and about its potential customers.
