Swedish startup, Jetson, aims to make the skies an approachable area for the masses with electric aerial vehicles. Founded in 2017 and having released the first proof of concept in 2018, Jetson finally has a personal aerial vehicle that is commercially available. This vehicle is called the Jetson ONE.
The ONE costs $92,000; its preorder is now available and production begins in 2022. Its flight controls are not too similar to a car, with the steering controlled by a 3-axis joystick. Although it is different to what the average daily driver is used to, a license is currently not needed to operate it. The technical specifications are listed below:

Auto Trendy’s take:
The Jetson ONE looks like a ton of fun and with a flight time of only 20 minutes that would probably be its main use. It likely won’t be used for commuting and to be honest, it probably needs some better safety measures before it can be used in place of cars (if Jetson would like that as the end result). Having the company have the same name as “the Jetsons,” a tv show where personal aerial vehicles are the main source of transport, is also a great and cheeky way to generate interest in the product.
