The Porsche Taycan Turbo S is the new Formula E safety car

Porsche's first all-electric sports car is the new safety car in this season's innovative electric racing series. The Taycan will celebrate its debut on the track during the opening round of the Formula E season on January 28/29 in Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.

Designed to be more than just a Formula E safety car, the impressively painted Porsche Taycan Turbo S flaunts the colors of the eleven teams competing in the Championship, as well as the colors of the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile)​​ and Formula E. It symbolizes the commitment of all Formula E players and the common path to the future of all-electric motor racing. At the same time, the car gives a visual expression of social values ​​such as diversity and community.
